Woah woah... you (dutch? german?) don't use "." nor "," as decimal divider? Those numbers are a pain to look at!

wow never thought any video would pass it.
And it took him only 5 months, even less if you think that the video really exploded only two months ago. It didn't make sense for Baby to be first, as Charles Foster Kane has pointed out, Bieber's song is not that catchy and the video is boring, him being first was only the work of teenage fangirls spendig their whole days on reapeat. Gangnam Style being first on the other hand makes totally sense, it's a world phenomenon with countless of parody and fan videos.
that was dumb. where did i go wrong in my life to hate this?
Is this true? All S. Korean males have to serve mandatory military service for 2 years after they turn 18. If you have certain technical expertise you can be excused and work for 2 years at government approved companies. Psy got in to some computer software company with some bribe money by his father.
Someone in that company blew a whistle that Psy was delinquent and neglected his work performing concerts on weekends and making money. He was prosecuted and as a result, he had to re-enlist and serve military duty for two years.
The mandatory military service is a sensitive issue and during the whole trial, everyone in the country was against him and no one had any sympathy for him or his family. His sister posted a post on her blog defending him and was soon vilified and had to apologize and remove the post.
No one would've thought he'd even be able to make a comeback or even become king of the world at the time.

TOO MAINSTREAMWoohoo.
Now we can start hating it!
Is this true? The wiki is not as detailed as this post.
Back in 2003, singer Psy had qualified for special exemption, meaning he still had to perform his military service but in a different capacity, in a program that allowed him to stay out of regular active service. [Insert requisite outrage at celebrity special treatment here.] But after he had “served” 35 months and nearly completed his program by November 2005, it was discovered that he hadn’t quite actually done much participating in the program, which provoked massive public outrage. He’d already been given special status in a less-rigorous program (working a desk job), and on top of that, he hadn’t even done THAT properly?
His exemption was stripped and he had to face re-enlistment, this time to complete nearly two more years of regular active duty. Psy appealed, and lost his suit last week when it was judged that he “does not have sufficient grounds to qualify for exemption from service.” Today (the 17th), Psy re-enters service.

The difference was too big.
Only 95 million to go. Piece of cake. lolAnd the race towards 900M and beyond begins for PSY...
So like... 8-10 days?Only 95 million to go. Piece of cake. lol
So, basically, he's a bit of a tosser really. Song is still cool, though it's disappointing to know this. Although, I shouldn't be surprised. Whatever the opinion of mandatory military service, the dude got a special exemption because of connections to work an easy job for two years, and didn't even do that properly. I'd say that more than qualifies him as a tosser/loser.I don't see how that makes him a loser or a tosser. I daresay if other countries did the same thing most people would try and get out the same way. In the modern day mandatory military service is a bit of a joke.
Is there a reason why mandatory military service in s.Korea is so abhorred? It's not like they are fighting anyone. I get that they might be scared of a best Korea attack or even just wasting two years of their lives, or they might even be pacifists. But its like being in the Canadian navy, the thing you are the most worried about is syphillis, not enemy attacks.

This.No one likes to put everything on hold for two years.

He's admitted to not wanting to get up for/not going to morning classes at Boston University too because they were too early and only lasted there a year. Seems he's been a rebel for 20+ years doing what "rock stars" do haha. So, basically, he's a bit of a tosser really. Song is still cool, though it's disappointing to know this.
