Ignore the doom talk. Half of it is nonsense, and the other half doesnt matter to enjoy the device. Its a fantastic piece of hardware with an INCREDIBLE PS+ deal for free games.

Because it is a butchered and gimped Persona game. Buy Persona3:FES instead for 9.99 on PS3. You get the full Persona experience and The Answer side story expansion.

Reminds of the PSPgo. Many people were laughing at it but in the end it was one of my favorite handhelds ever.

Price and pressure from tablets is hurting the vita in sales.

If the vita dies off early won't matter to me. Will get more than my moneys worth because of PS+. In this bundle getting 7 free games including ps+ games makes it well worth the money.

Out of curiosity what's gimped about it? I had heard P3P was the way to go on P3. I thought they added the capability to control the entire party in a fight.

I was planning on getting it since I just picked a vita up but if it would be better to play P3:FES then ill pick up a used copy of the ps2 version.

Use it to find nudes of CeCe. And forward them to me. Seriously, try it out. It's pretty sweet.

Edit: Having never played P3:FES, P3P was a wonderful experience.

Edit 2: Playing on OLED with the ability to stop whenever and wherever you want (or multitask, even) > playing a washed-out colors PS2 game. I played much of it 5-10 minutes a day
