a good point, but considering how cheap a 32gb card is nowadays, the mark up leaves a very bitter taste after buying one. I don't mind sony making some money, but the prices are unreal.
I might have to this. I don't want to buy a 32gb card because it's so much more expensive than every other 32gb card on the market and as I said above, it leaves a very bitter taste.
I didn't know that but it sure makes a lot of sense now that I think about it.
I really hope the playstation 4 runs as smoothly and problem free as this. it's a revelation after using the wii u for the past few days.

not sure, as I said the bundle just implied it was limited to that, doesn't mean a white vita won't come out.
if a white vita comes out though I would assume it won't be until after the price drop... which will likely be in march or so... though it might not be until e3... we will have to wait and see

Does anyone remember the PSP Go ? Remember how that had 16 GB of internal memory and a mmc slot for cards ? Remember how terrible everyone said the handheld was ? You can't satisfy everyone. Yes, the cards are expensive but at the same time sony need to make money sooo......

That's a Japanese Vita's box. They are incredibly similar, but you can see the kanji on the bottom right. The second photo appears to be one of the bundles. There is a slip cover with the bundle's advertisements that is removed to reveal that packaging. You can see it happen here. I think it's someone who bought an AC bundle and are selling the content separately.
16 gigs of internal memory would help ease the sting of the memory card prices.
32+16gig would be enough for PSP1/2 titles to live together plus PSX games. As it is you run out of space pretty fast if you have VC2+DLC (it's like... 22 gigs?) and like Persona 4 (3 gigs) and a couple of fighting games.

Agreed! I know a lot of people dismiss Gameloft games as shameless ripoffs but I've had way too much fun with Modern Combat 3 and NOVA 3 multiplayer on my Kindle Fire. I just hate using touch controls for FPS games so I'm looking forward to using a bluetooth controller with the Kindle HD.
I would gladly double dip to have these games on my Vita.
People said PSPgo was terrible due to game selection. Not hardware cost, or memory.

Thanks for this, I wasn't aware of this game and I've been looking for something like Zelda.
Alundra is amazing and the best 2D Zelda ever(better than alttp).

as I said before I would hands down take alltp over alundra, would also take links awakening and a number of other handheld zeldas. Zelda was much easier to just pick up and play, alunda took a while to get going and it still hasn't hooked me enough for me to bother finishing it.
you tried AC:L first so you could know if you could sell it to make $20 or so

Reviews complained about the price of the hardware, the memory card price/format even though they had 16gb built in, the psn store, the games, the lack of some automatic solution to the umd to digital transfer system(please someone tell me how they could have done this successfully without being sued a billion times along the way ?), the way it looked, the psn store ? even though i'm sure it was pretty similar to the ps3 one at the time and so much more.
The gba launched with a screen you couldn't see and you had to spend so much cash on batteries and its still one of the most successful handhelds to date.

Not sure if I could... People say the game gets good, or at that it's at least better then AC3 on consoles, but I just made it to the buyou and am finally playing as the assassin "persona", which is more fun then the other two but still... am I missing something? Does it get way better later?

The shooting is so fun. I love the motion controls. Kind of reminds me of using iron sights in CoD but so much more fun because it isn't auto lock on but you physically aiming. Do other shooters on Vita have similar controls?

When it was first released there was a promotion.
I think they could go 60fps if they lower the res and polygons count and cut the lighting effects,but the game might look way ugly.
unfortunately the average gamer cares more about pretty graphics than solid gameplay :/

Well the average gamer doesn't mind playing NG at 30fps.
I honestly had no idea 30 FPS changed that.
this pouch is incredibly luxurious - have one in white and one in black to differentiate the vitas. Gloriously tidy.

For 60 fps there's always the ps3 version,this one's for portable play. 60 fps is always better though.
Oh, I'm sure they could achieve 60fps with cuts.
It'd just be nice to get these kinds of visuals at 60fps in my hands.
Then again, the later NG/NGS games haven't run at a stable 60 since Black IIRC.

Luckily, Ninja Gaiden Vita ports @ 30fps still beats out every other action game for the Vita imo.
