Do you guys really think a random startup from Sweden that just registered their website 2 weeks ago could put out a trailer of that calibur? It's MGS. The "two phantoms were born" thing confirms it.
I guess this means that there is a good chance that Phantom Pain is probably going to be a PS3/360 game that comes out after the next Xbox is released.

I can imagine a scenario where this is probably a scene with Big Boss being held prisoner and tortured. Still under the influence of some psychotropic drugs or temporary insanity tries to make a failed escape attempt. Also it could be Psycho Mantis at the very end who is messing with his mind.
