If you've been to a therapist and it's helped a little. Great. Go back there (since it worked for you). Keep doing it, but you really need to tell them you need to focus on your dependency issue. Everytime you've posted in this thread it's about how no Asian man wants you. Why do you need an Asian man? Why do you need anyone in the first place?
Once you and your therapist work that out (along with your self-esteem) everything else would follow. But for now you need to really get off GAF and talk things out.

guys im lonely as hell
can't find a job, no education (finished a course 6 months ago but not very close to anyone there) and all my major close friends live in different cities for university
in a sense its a blessing because i can start afresh but i am fucking lost on how i go about finding a new social circle
can't find anyone to go to a bar with me and too scared to go myself waaah waah
any advice for a self loathing derp-face like me ?
