If you are 100% percent sure you have an account from your current region then i dunno what's wrong.. I certainly had trouble downloading God stuff because of the region lock MS has (i have a US account but i'm from Chile), you can get around it but is a pain.

Bailout finish should be adopted into ever multiplayer game ever.

Tempted to get Origin of Pain, but ill hold my points for potential Nuts and Bolts. I was planning on spending on Origin of Pain anyways, and enough for it, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy it anyways after the sale.

Yes and I keep on getting an error, I find it weird since this is the first issue I've ever had with downloading something off of Xbox Live (been a member of XBL for three years)

Was really hoping Trials Evolution would drop down to 600 points. I've got 300 in my account right now and would have only had to spend $5 to afford it then. I think I'll still pony up the rest of the cash though. I've wanted this one for a while.
 
How the hell can I get 10 ms pts, i have 590 and want to grab dust cause the demo was so sick. It's still listed are 600 pts but i need 10 more, damn it.

Same issue here. There's a relatively big thread about it over on the XBOX Support forum with basically no help from support. They're "looking into it" though even though this problem has apparently existed for months. Going to have to find out how to get a refund I think.
 
Anyone have an idea of what The Walking Dead will be going for when it goes on sale on the 28th? I want to get it for 360 but I might get it on Steam if it's cheaper ($13).

Best case scenario is 50% of all episodes but it'll most likely be 25-30% since they're already pretty cheap.
 
How much do you guys think The Walking Dead episodes will go for? I plan on getting the first episode when its free and buying the rest of the episodes when they're discounted. I'm asking because I have 2400 MS points and was looking at getting Dust along with The Walking Dead episodes.

Also, if anyone is interested in buying points here's a link for 2400 points for $20.89 Use the code Xmas for 5%. Saw this on cheapassgamers and it worked well.

Walking Dead is normally 400 MSP x 5 episodes = 2000 MSP total.

We know Ep 1 will be free. Assume other episodes at 25% off (300 MSP) and you've got 300 x 4 = 1200 MSP.

If we're really lucky and others are 50% off (200 MSP) then it's 200 x 4 = 800 MSP.

I'd expect one of those two. If they just make Ep 1 free and keep the rest at 400 MSP, it won't seem like a sale.

I think we'll be seeing the episodes for 240 each. 80msp= $1 so the reductions will likely be in 80msp increments. If it drops to 240 the whole season will be $12 which would be a pretty decent deal.
 
Aw balls, I was really hoping Trials Evolution would've been half off like pretty much everything else. I only have 600 points left, and I don't feel like buying another $20 card just for 200 points. :\

Yeah, looking this up it does seem like a common problem for some people, only occasionally resolved. I don't know what to tell you besides keep trying and harass Microsoft :(
Sucks too, it's a great game.

Maybe pick up 400 points online and use the remaining 200 for the dlc pack.
 
I haven't played any Trials as of yet, so should I get HD to get into it or is Evolution the way better game to start with? It's just that I can get HD plus all add-ons for the price of Evo...
 
So Gaf, do we think The Walking Dead is gonna get a 50% discount on each episode? I'd hope so.

-edit: I see episode one is going to be for free? When will that be?
