Eh, I like some of these. But this guy has some serious issues, harassing burger king employee's and refusing to leave the drive-thru (and then giving the cop a hard time) is just immaturity, not clever pranking.

Then, he was arrested and charged with battery.
According to deputies, Charles Ross, a student at Providence Community School, is known for "annoying" and "harassing" people in public while filming it to post online.
On Sunday night, he took his latest prank plan to the Royal Palm 20, 5126 26th St. E., deputies said.
Just before midnight, while a friend recorded video, Ross grabbed people by the back of their pants and asked victims whether they wanted to hit him, deputies said.
One victim filed an affidavit, but several victims who came forward were too embarrassed to press charges, deputies said.
A deputy witnessed the theater owner ordering Ross and the friend, Jordan Owens, from the theater. Both said they understood they would be arrested for trespassing if they returned, the sheriff's office said.
The camera was taken as evidence, the sheriff's office said.
Ross' YouTube page includes several videos of him harassing people. In one video, he does handstands over beach sunbathers, in another he gets into strangers' cars, and in another he asks strangers to scratch his back.
Ross, of 916 65th St. N.W., Bradenton, was released Monday from the Manatee County Jail on $750 bond.

If a stranger made that kind of unwanted invasion of my wife's personal space, I think I would have a serious problem with it, though she would probably hit dude before I got the chance.

Not really... I consider myself extremely jovial and friendly, but what this guy does crosses a huge line and something I personally hate. Some random guy coming up and giving your wife, gf, sister, mother, whatever an unwanted kiss?

It's borderline sexual assault, but because he calls it a "prank" it's supposed to be alright? So you can call me a tough-guy or insult me or whatever, but I guarantee you, if I was there and he did this to someone I was with, they'd have to pry me off of him for what I'd do. Also, apparently, the guy was arrested because in another of his pranks, he gave strangers wedgies and they called police and pressed charges.
