I always go over my friends house when they smoke, I don't smoke it all that much myself but I enjoy talking to my friends while they do it's a pretty chill time. Today I smoked more of that then I usually do, and got a headache later. :/ I don't really know how to do it.

Well I didn't smoke weed, I don't really have an interest in that plus I was driving and I didn't want to do that while high. I don't mind people smoking near me, but this was my first first hand experience with it. So it fell into the same line as cigarettes where it's like I don't mind if if you smoke it near me, but I really don't like the smell of it. I'll try to put up with it as long as I can but eventually I have to move somewhere where there is less of that smell.

As for drinking, once again I almost never drink because I have to drive, but even if I didn't have that I just don't enjoy most alcoholic beverages. Only ones I liked were a specific Brazilian drink that tasted like lemonade and another one that tastes like grapes.

Gonna have to agree there. :P That's just not an adequate comparison.

I will certainly concede that it smells relatively like a skunk's spray from a distance.
 
At least the smell of weed dissipates much quicker than cigarette smoke, that clings to everything.

Since quitting smoking cigarettes the smell gives me a headache.

I've whiffed my fair share of horse pucky in my life, by way of friends that own them, walking/riding behind them in parades etc., and anytime that maryjane hits my nose, it's like I got Pegasus' ass right in my face.

It does also smells like skunk, but skunk is much, much worse.

Some of it smells like skunk, for sure. Bad weed smells much worse than good weed, in my experience. But great for you that you hate it. I find it enticing.

Saw Dredd recently. Liked it, not as crazy about it as the rest of the internet seems to be.

I loved Dredd. I would say it was the most fun I've had watching a movie in a long time but I just saw Django the week before, which was even better. Still need to get around to Looper.

Been awhile since I've posted here. Got a Wii U couple days ago. Pretty cool. ZombiU demo was great after getting used to it and adjusting my tv's brightness. First playthru I couldn't see shit, haha.
 
I spent all day playing Mass Effect 3 (multi) and now have the credits rolling. I'm not sure what to feel. D:

I picked the synthesis ending because it was available, and I kind of wish I picked the destroy reapers one. I figured because I had the option, it must be what the developers wanted the true ending to be. It was pretty tame and lame. I need to go back and either play through the ending again and pick the destroy all reapers one, or at least watch it.

The multiplayer is really good! I'm hooked on trying to get more characters since there are so many now. It's too bad they're locked into random packs. Actually it's terrible that it's that way.

In case you're serious, no, you should not go back to the last parts just to look for the differences.

Just watch this and shake your head at Bioware's lack of effort (MAJOR ME3 ENDING SPOILERS).

EDIT: Also this, I guess for the extended cut stuff.
 
I've only ever drank, didn't start that until I was 22 and I didn't even drink that much when I did -- hell, still don't.

Only been black-out drunk once (had a gallon of AMF all to me onesie); regular-ass drunk three, maybe four times; and buzzed about a dozen times, if that.

I just can't see the sense in willingly poisoning myself with a substance that tastes utterly horrible, for only a few hours of enjoyment.

I don't get hangovers though, so that's a plus.
 
Hmm... I feel like I could contribute to the drug talk but I don't particularly want my face attached to it.

I'll just say that nowadays the only thing I'll touch is alcohol and that my use of it seems to be getting much worse since my last break-up and current dry spell.

I'm definitely the opposite. The first time I tried weed was amazing, but every time since has just been so underwhelming. I love a nice mild buzz, though. There's nothing better than a good wine buzz on a sunny, spring afternoon.

I just watched the extended cut version for the ending I would have picked instead. Damn it really didn't matter.

Yeah, I like it even though I very barely smoke it. I do hate the smell of cigarettes though, got a friend who smokes inside and the smell lingers on my clothes/coat so long. :(
 
I too love the smell. Also, I love the act of smoking. It just makes me giggle and cough (mostly), so I don't bother with it anymore.

I smoked clove cigarettes with a friend once. They were tasty. Turns out they're still full of tabaco. Boo.

but i haven't smoked in ages since most of my friends are moving away, heh.


I dont really do much anymore,like go crazy with beer and drugs. actually now that i think about it. got most of it out in high school and college
 
Weed talk eh? I've had a single puff in a concert last year, but that didn't do nothing for me. I nearly choked on it lol. I'm really eager to try it and I'm always bringing it up with my close group of friends, but none of them look too interested in it.
Except for this one girl, but she wants to try Space cakes, and for her it has to be Amesterdam's Space cakes. In fact, everytime I ask about getting weed my friends say "go to Amesterdam!", "our weed isn't real weed", "if we make space cakes it won't be the same thing", "don't buy from that guy, he looks fishy".

Same here. Never been interested in drugs, I would never like to be intoxicated to the point I no longer have control of my own actions. I can have a good time without being dependant on any of these things to do so, its healthier and it saves money. I think the money part would be a good motivator over here for people coming off cigarettes, a 20 pack costs around £7 ($11+) here.
 
Guess I'm the only one who reaaalllyy hates that smell then. :|

Never smoked, either, doubt I'd ever do it because I just don't see the appeal. I used to drink back when I was trying things out. Hate the taste, too strong for me.
 
I thought the smell was pretty terrible, I dislike it almost as much as cigarette smell. Also, I've never gotten drunk or even buzzed. I want to one day, it'll just have to be a day when I'm not driving.

Getting buzzed is really fun.

Getting drunk, eh... Depends on the situation.
 
Getting buzzed is ok but getting drunk just plain sucks, you feel sick and depends on your mood you can be a jackass or funny as hell until you become annoying as hell.
