Who will win? Cena probably.
Who I wish would win...Ziggler,Bryan,Cesaro or Barrett

Barrett really is the best choice for both the IWC fans and casual fans to be satisfied. A Del Rio vs. Barrett match, while a bit overdone, would be a pretty good opening to WM.

Also, Mil Mascaras pulling a Macho Man and eliminating himself, lol.

Edit 1: Hahaha, Ahmed Johnson with the novelty-sized 2x4.

Edit 2: That's where this Austin GIF came from!

Barret can only win if he changes his damn music.

His rumble storyline should be that he can't get his desired Manic Street Preachers theme unless he wins the rumble match thus giving him greater motivation to win the match, the new theme debuts with his victory and Barrett tearfully rejoices.

Because you all know Barrett's got this one, he'll face ADR at WM in the prestigious opening match spot, I have to believe before Cena's reality crushes my hopes.

Imagine a final four of Ziggler, Barrett, Bryan and perhaps Cesaro, you'd be delighted no matter what.
D.Brine would play a great face in peril. The crowd would be on their feet chanting YES! YES! YES! in unison.
Bryan would want to chant NO! back but would then be won over after he eliminates either Barrett or Cesaro.

Crowd rallies as he puts Ziggles and the remaining heel in a double submission hold. He eliminates the other mid-card champ, squares off against Ziggles for 5 minutes, looks to finally pull off the win and then Dolph comes through at the end on his own merits with NO intereference from AJ and Big E.

Ends the show celebrating with them in the middle of the ring, pointing to the WrestleMania sign and before the credits come on to close out the PPV, he grabs a mic and says, "At Mania, I'm going after the WWE Championship."

He can then cash in to win the World Heavyweight title at the end of the Elimination Chamber PPV... which, let's face it, you're an idiot if you have a briefcase and don't cash in at the end of that matchup.

1998 Rumble! Now we're talking!

Oh god, I forgot the terrible song they replaced the Cactus Jack theme with. Why can't they use the original? Was it not a WWE original theme? And can it really be that expensive to liscense?

Also, I can't remember: did Foley come out as all Three Faces of Foley (tm) in this Rumble?

I'm in the mood for some New Generation WWF. Like Razor, Yokozuna, Diesel, Brett, HBK, Sid, Taker, Doink, Luger etc. The matches were incredible back than. The in ring psychology was great and the matches told a story, unlike the total telegraphed stuff today. Today I can call a spot from a mile away. Today's wrasslin relies way too much on setting up the big finisher. Matches don't really flow well either.

Because the music they used for Cactus Jack was just stock production music that Jim Johnston had nothing to do with. Some people have said they've heard it late-90s porn videos, lol. No, you can't license stock music. There used to be some hangups about using free music on DVDs and stuff.

Makes sense. But what about stuff like Jericho's and Raven's WCW themes? They were just generic copies of songs. Is there an issue with theme on DVDs? I remember them being on the Jericho set, but I may be remembering it wrong.

But those ripoffs were specifically done by Jimmy Hart, who licensed them to WCW for use however they wanted. I remember Courtney Love tried to fuck with WCW over DDP's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" ripoff, but the courts said it was a legal since there were no lyrics and it was different enough to not get confused.

And Jimmy Hart remade Pomp & Circumstance for Macho Man. Ridiculous.

Makes sense. DDP's theme was really blatant though. If it wasn't for it being Courtney Love, I'd almost be on her side :P.

Was it that one? I liked it, and Mick's Mankind theme was fantastic as well.

Yeah, but covers are protected if they are done a certain way. Jimmy Hart was in the music business before he got into wrestling, so he knows every trick in the book on how to skirt copyright in music.

Raven loved his WCW music so much he actually bought a lifetime license from Jimmy Hart to use it.

Jimmy Hart turns 70 this year. SEVENTY. Unreal how he's maintained his look.

I never liked Marc Mero very much. Not that he was a bad worker or anything, he just never did anything for me.

Johnny B. Badd was really, really good yet fucking stupid. He's a lot of fun to watch back then. Mero on the other hand...nothin. I got nothin. But Badd? Underappreciated WCW gem.

Almost as underappreciated as Disco Inferno.

Funny how the copied themes of DDP, Raven and Jericho were the best themes WCW ever had. They clearly stood out in a crop of themes that sounded like they were ripped from Super Famicom games.

Other than the amusement from his Tuxedo Mask coat + rose days, Wade Barrett does nothing for me. Generic bland guy, boring look, slightly above the average in the ring. Enjoyable on commentary, though not on a microphone in the ring. I don't get the "IWC" fascination with him. He's forgettable, and that's the worst thing a wrestler can be.

To get further cheap heat, Cody Rhodes is the same for me.
