Just got off the phone with DR. The first cs I spoke with told me that both of my orders were still being processed and that they could not give me a time when they would be available to be shipped out. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor about the matter. Same song and dance BUT I told her I did receive a cancellation notice to which she replied that one of my orders will most likely be cancelled. Unfortunately, she was unable to tell me which. I then also mentioned that I would not have sprung for extra shipping had I know my order would be on hold indefinitely. She said that IF I get an shipping notice, to contact them and they will refund my shipping costs. That's something I guess. If I even get one. The customer service was very nice and apologetic, especially considering how much crap DR is putting them through today.
