Why they can't make new order by mail. I can't call them even if I get this mail. How I will call them?
I think you can file a report to request one.
I got an order in when shipping was something like $4, just called UPS and they confirmed that there is no brokerage fee.
They will issue a refund and Paypal will debit whichever account you used to perform the transaction.
If after a few days you don't have a refund issued, open up a dispute with PayPal showing them the email you received as proof.

Do I need to request a pickup or can I just waltz right in?
I am pretty much free until Sunday, so if I can play this this weekend it'd be great

Yep they asked me right up front which email I got even after I gave them my order number. They have no clue who is cancelled and who is not so who knows what really going on.
You can use that to get your tracking number from UPS. Estimated delivery for mine is Feb 2nd and I'm in NL too! We need a NewfieGAF thread lol.
Probably cause the lead time would be crazy. If they offer to reprint we would prob have to wait 6-8 months for a new shipment. Probably not worth it to them either smaller print runs are a lot more expensive. We probably have a better chance of just getting copies from another region without the ninostarter extras. My guess is that we are SOL.

Saw one WE + guide combo sell for $510 yesterday. Seemed to be a bit of an outlier though...price seems to be mostly in $300-400 range from what I've seen so far. Haven't seen a combo with the game, guide, and steelbook though.
WE is going for about $290 now
Steelbook alone is going for 40-50
And the CE book is $25-30
And beware selling on eBay. lol Better pay for the best possible tracking courrier you can.
