Colress has perhaps one of the most incredible battle themes in the Pokemon games.
I love how the composers' music styles have evolved. We saw a big change in Diamond/Pearl, and it just kept on going crazy in Black and White. There was straight up Zelda and Earthbound-styled tunes in B/W.

Would someone be kind enough to give me some general 3ds info.so I got a 3ds xl and ehave yet to play games. But the main menu already kind of annoyed me because things look pixelated and even at it's highest brightness, the.screen looks dim. Keep in mind i've only tried the main menu(haven't bought any) so maybe games won't look like this. But is it because the 3ds xl is stretching out images. Does a regular 3ds look sharper? I'm considering just getting one if so. Thanks

What if eventually Pokemon games let you fuse them with your human trainer self like Pocket Monster Reburst? Probably more of a spin-off idea I guess.
I wonder if we'll see more Eeveelutions? If we get more of them plus fusions the pokedex might as well be nothing but Eevee. Or what if a new item came up that let an evolved Eevee give birth to a baby version of the same type instead of Eevee.

if you're playing DS games on the XL, what you need to do is hold start as you launch it. That puts it into 1:1 pixel mode which makes it look about the same as it would on a DSi or DS Lite (both in terms of size and IQ).
you can do this on an OG 3DS too, but the image becomes really tiny.
