If they're after a big buyrate, it makes no sense for three straight Rock/Cena matches. The first is as big as it will ever get.

People are tuning in for The Rock. Cena is now a non-factor since their first match has already been exhausted. Rock vs. Brock would be much bigger. Rock vs. Taker would be much bigger.
