EU PSN was selling 1 Year Plus for 30 Pounds, but that ended weeks ago. Soon the 3 month sub will be going for 8 Pounds on EU PSN tho.

My paid year of PS+ ran out and I just don't have the extra cash laying around, but I really wish to try out Sleeping Dogs next month. I didn't think my post looked like a begging post, as I was merely asking for one of those sites who give out codes or if anyone has a spare one left, so I'm sorry.
And before you go all "but it's very cheap" on me, I really don't have the cash on me since I had to deal with some irl problems and I'm pretty broke right now.
So yeah, there you go.

Lammy is great, go for it! Although fair warning, there is some weird input lag that wasn't in the original release. I was still able to beat the game, just a little more difficult than usual.

I wish Sony did 30 day subscription for $5-6 because I'm getting payed soon but not soon enough before my sub ends on the 4th. I'll end up getting the 3 months and then layer a Year of PSN+ with the extra 3 months on as well.
I wonder how PS+ will work with PS4. Maybe they'll delay it 6 months or so like they sorta did with Vita, so the new titles can sell well initially.
With games only getting larger in size, it's going to be nasty downloading a 20gig let alone 50gig game. Wouldn't be so bad if they let you back it up later like Steam backups, at least you could share it with friends after that. Or if you could install it from the retail disk if you had access, and then tie the install to your "rental" PS+ version.

Free 3 months if I get a 1 year ps+? Gotta look for 1 year ps+ for cheap now.
I think you have to buy the subscription on PSN to get the 3 free months.

Edit: Can i "queue" downloads for the Vita via PS3/Browser/SEN if i don't have a Vita right now? Because i'm worried that Uncharted/Gravity Rush might not be available anymore when my Vita arrives..

It is the full experience. And you can buy and "check out" online and then download from the download list when the device arrives.

Yes. However after those 30 days you won't be able to play those games anymore unless you renew your subscription.
And yes. You can "purchase" them via PS3/Webstore. Those games aren't going anywhere any time soon though.

US announces week by week, usually on Mondays we hear what's coming. Occasionally there is more notice, but unlike Europe's month announcements, US gets weekly.

And please...don't kill me......but doesn't it seem like they could do a better job of cleaning up the Plus message? For starters, doing what Europe is apparently doing by announcing all of the free stuff at one time. And when we log onto the PS store have a section dedicated to absolutely nothing but the free PS+ downloads, both Vita and PS3.
As it stands I feel like I'm checking the PS store every couple days and trying to wade through a sea of ads and useless categories to try and figure out what's free. Like the other day I thought I'd found everything there was to see and out of the blue I come across Infamous 2, which to me was new. Where it had been buried previously I have no idea. Also I come across Vita games that aren't regarded as downloaded when in fact I'd already done that on the Vita itself.
Great service for the money but could use some clarity in the message and delivery.

I think there's a category for all the free stuff under the PS Plus "tab" (Games -> PS Plus -> Free Games, if I'm not mistaken). You might be thrown off because of Infamous 2 because it got removed due to a glitch that had it disappear for a week or two, but it's been free since E3.
Edit: And while I too would like updates for the month, I understand why they do it: they want people to be going to the blog and the store as much as possible.
The web store has a section for Plus free games. It's a pain in the ass to find, but I think this link should work.
I think there's a bug in the way the web store handles free games that are on both PS3 and vita. It won't let me "buy" them both. If I already have one, then the second one sys "You are not eligible to purchase or download this content."

Well, it's great news for those who can find a cheap 1 year PS+ card. That's not my case... I'll try until the last week of the offer and renew at full price then.
there's that and the fact that NA sony seems to be unable to lock in deals more than two weeks in advance anyways thus a monthly schedule would just be a list of what is maybe coming with things being removed and added as the month goes on like it was originally lol.

I think they really have to come out of the gate swinging and make it known what Plus is all about, if they have ANY sort of BC in place for PSN or even PS3 games they should just blow it out from the jump. You've got people buying up a PS4 and a Plus subscription and setting the console up with a cache of free software (that's not just demos), it's a nice thing to realize.

I think that codes only good for Europe ps though. Be careful.

2. I will have a Vita later this week; if I subscribe to PS+ before receiving it, can I go ahead and "check out" with the games from my computer, in a slight variation of what's described in the OP?
