im not 100% sure if its the same, but my neighbors cat did this. her cat had a motor neuron disease where the couldnt stand up or walk properly and when they did, they'd sway all over the place and eventually crash into things
it was heart breaking seeing the cat like that ;_;as i said, im not sure if those 2 cats have the same disease...
