I really don't get the Bale wankfest.

He's good, yes, but in this match he didn't do much except take 2 gifted goals.

He was great in terms of peppering your goal with good shots, but I've seen his all-round play be much, much better. As confirmed by Redknapp saying its the best individual performance so far this season.

I understood AVBs thinking originally, but credit to him and Daws, they both proved they could change. Daws has improved massively in terms of his ball skills, and AVB has shown he is willing to be proved wrong. Dawson is having a cracking season.
