it was just a reaction. what kehl did was much worse. VDV just screamed at lewa but khel actually pushed VDV physically away.

When you were speaking about Mancini and City you said Mancini doesn't get the most out of his players whereas Ferguson was getting the maximum out of his Man United team, which is why United are top.
Either you think managers don't count or you were wrong when you said the above?

Maybe he is but the management of a players mentality is one of the core aspects of football management.
Not all clubs need the same level of managing as others. Barcelona are unique in that the system and style of play is drilled into the players from a very young age.

Yeah, but he thinks that any mug can set up a team, get the right players in, deal with the squad properly etc, and the only thing that managers really bring to the table is mental coaching

Pep made big changes to the Barca side. He added new personnel (at times at a limited cost), moved the positions of players and changed the way they played.
He made a difference as manager.
Mancini is a complete retard. He shouldn't be allowed in the society. Any normal person can do better than him.
I'm not saying he did it on purpose. lewa is far from a JT.

Tito Vilanova was Guardiola's assistant manager for a long time and is widely acknowledged as being a major contributor to Pep's tactics over the years. He knows the in's and out's of the team and how they play. Your example doesn't work.
A new manager coming from outside the club wouldn't be able to replicate what Vilanova is doing.

With that I mean that you and me (or someone with basic tactical knowledge) can do a lot if you have the right players and financial capabilities.

it's far from over. gonna be an interesting second half. I have to admit this was by far the best first half from hamburg this season. dortmund wasn't even that bad aside from bender and hummels.
