I couldn't watch the preview because fuck Keyhole, so I can't say that they'll definitely be like that next episode. I mean, they were actually 2D...when they weren't moving much (still, the quality was way too shitty to be 100% sure it was CG). Let's also consider that this was definitely a budget saving episode, so who knows how the actual battle will be.

Possibly. Seems to be David Production's most successful show, so they might hire more animators or something.

Though, I imagine some of that money goes to Shueisha, but I have no idea how that stuff works when it comes to licensing properties and all that. JoJo is a pretty major property too.
