Same, there's a lot of cray shit araki pulled put of his ass in Vento Aureo. Not to mention the final battle barely made sense.
Part 3 has some of the best stand users of the series, how can you guys rate it so low?

A UK anime licensor already hinted that someone has it licensed for the UK. If its getting a dub, then I would guess that some US licensor would also have it then, so I guess we have to wait for all the anime cons.

Since everyone's doing Part rankings, I'll do mine. Explanations below, with no real spoilers, but don't read if you're averse to even very general impressions of yet-to-be-animated material.
S Tier
P4: Diamond is Unbreakable
A Tier
P1: Phantom Blood
P2: Battle Tendency
P3: Stardust Crusaders
B Tier
P5: Vento Aureo
P6: Stone Ocean
C Tier
P7: Steel Ball Run
This feels about right for me. Part 4 is clearly the best, no questions asked, so it gets a tier all to itself. It's the only part where I honestly can't think of any negative things to say about it.
Moving on to A-Tier, a lot of people seem to rank Phantom Blood pretty low, and I can see where they're coming from (it doesn't have much in the way of interesting fights or abilities) but it's still way up there for me if only for the godly amount of Dio being a glorious bastard, and the fact that it's where it all started. Battle Tendency is just...solid quality throughout, and it has Joseph, so yeah. Doesn't make S Tier because the battles and abilities aren't nearly as creative as the later parts that have Stands.
My A and B Tiers are pretty close, but overall I think Stardust Crusaders edges out Parts 5 and 6 in overall consistent quality. I couldn't possibly put it in S Tier because it really does just feel like a really long string of random encounters for the most part, but I'll be damned if those encounters aren't good.
Parts 5 and 6 get shunted down to B Tier because while they have a lot going for them and they're often more enjoyable than Part 3 at their high points, they also feel much more inconsistent in quality and both feature abilities that veer towards the practically incomprehensible, getting a bit too "out there" towards the end of each Part. Within the tier, I'd say the first half of Part 6 is better than Part 5, which in turn is better than the latter half of Part 6.
Part 7 is definitely my least favourite for a variety of reasons. The setting, while certainly interesting and unique, wasn't really my cup of tea, and the characters didn't feel as memorable to me as in the other Parts. The ending also didn't feel as satisfying as the other Parts' endgames. And the Part as a whole just dragged on so long. There were some cool moments and abilities along the way, and I didn't dislike it by any means, but it doesn't measure up to the other Parts in my opinion.
As for Part 8, I haven't put it on the ranking because it's still early days (and I'm not completely up-to-date on it either), but so far, it feels like an A-Tier entry, possibly bordering on S-Tier if it keeps up the quality. Definitely a return to form after the somewhat-disappointing Part 7. But-this-is-all-just-subjective-opinion-etc.-etc.

I find the very beginning a bit weak (it generally is the case, actually). Aside from that, yeah: best part.
Yep, things got weird during Part 5, in that area, and the series never quite recovered, unfortunately...

The 'British' slang would've been a pretty good addition, yes, if they'd actually used it in the right places!
Or had any idea what most of the words they used actually meant.
If they hadn't used Scottish and English accents interchangeably, that would've also been pretty cool.
And didn't suddenly start alliterating halfway through part 1 for no adequately explained reason.
It would also be nice if they could in future stop mixing up tenses in the same sentence.
