Seems last week, maybe?

Code:
Date Purchased Total
02/26/2013 @ 03:13 PM $17.40

Details Price
Smart As...™ (Full Game 1.4 GB) $13.22
Retro/Grade (Full Game) $2.44
Retro/Grade Soundtrack $1.74

That's possible. I know the week before was really late as I wanted to install Vanquish and had to wait till the next day.

Damn, i'm not a huge PSN user. I think I just got Grace Chen'd for real this time huh? -_-
yeah, i wish they had a set time it would be nice.

do you live on the west coast?
the update happened right around 6pm EST last week

Yes, that week was ridiculous. It was about 10pm eastern. I know because I had just started trying to finish my platinum of Vanquish and had put my disc copy on the shelf since Rising had come to rule my PS3 disc drive... but I wanted to take another attempt at tactical challenge 4 and was waiting for the digital copy so I could check to see that my save was compatible too. :\

yeah, i wish they had a set time it would be nice.

I'm east coast -- so it might have been 6pm, that's possible. Either way, it happened before 7pm. :)

Now I'm tempted to get the MS:RC bundle, I got back to the basic game and I'm having tons of fun. I'm at 157/192 medals.

Grab it! The DLC tracks are very fun and varied! And they deserve your money :)

Yup, the extra tracks are great. MotorStorm is a very addictive game, great async multiplayer. It gets tough and unforgiving, but you get better with practice. Same thing with Retro City Rampage, tough and at times unfair, but not impossible and quite rewarding when you finally nail it, by practicing or coming up with your own strategy.

I have them, but after getting the platinum, I took a break. I should finish those up so I can move the game to "storage" and get some space on my 32gb card back. I just did that today with MK9 and HSG so I could make room to get Stranger's Wrath... (should be $11.24 or so, right?)

A little OT

Do you guys know if it is possible to change your ID on PSN?
I mean paying of course.
In Xbox Live you can with 800 MSP
Can you on PSN?

Thanks.

Oh wow, I figured since Retro/Grade is based on rhythm it wouldn't do well on Remote Play, but I did a little calibration from the game's menu and it works perfectly :o Like, feels like no discernable latency whatsoever. CRAZY. The image is compressed, but really doesn't look THAT much worse than the compression that you get on the Wii U gamepad. I'm really blown away because I haven't really used remote play before (except to navigate PS3 menus just to try it out).

How far away from your console are you? Are you in another part of the city? Is it easy to do?

Sorry for so many questions.

I have no idea how it is beyond the house. I'm just in the same room as my PS3. I've heard it's quite a bit better with latency if it connects directly to your PS3 (meaning without the use of the router, but can still be wireless), which requires you to be within a certain range, probably 50 or so feet.

You convinced me, Plus (heh) it is only $2.49!

Ah ok. Thanks for clearing that up.
Would like to hear impressions from those who use it from far away.

You know Ragnarok isn't as bad as (some) people make it out to be. Fun little coop game once you get decent ability cards (hated it until chapter 3, roughly). If they have another go at the series, they definitely shouldn't start you off with terrible ability modifier cards until 2 or 3 hours in.

Called all the Gamestops in the area and all the Pawnshops in the area (Pittsburgh has a lot of both). None of them have a White Vita... that's good I guess?

I'll find this damn thing. Luckily I still have the original box it came in with the Serial number on the side (I never wrote down the serial on the actual unit) so if I do track it down I have proof that it was stolen from me.

I'm so torn! If I get a 1 year PS+ sub, I'll get 3 extra months and it'll cost $40. But the only games I buy off PSN are PSN, PSP, or PSX games. I buy all my Vita games retail and I don't own a PS3. Hm.

It has remote play.

Do you know if its possible to play the game if its attached to my Eu account on my Ps3 on my us vita?

If you have a 16 GB or higher card already, PS+ is the way to go. It's worth $40 for Gravity Rush and Disgaea 3 alone.

Edit: You only have until the store updates today to get 3 free months, so you better make your decision soon.

Get it for the discounts. And surely you'll eventually want to get some PS Vita digital only releases at some point.

Also, you can register for all the PS3 content on the SEN webstore, so if you ever do get a PS3, you'll have access to all the content that's been offered over the entire duration of your subscription.

Edit: It's also a great way to play those games you're interested in but just won't be the money down for.

Just bought Sound Shapes, I have no idea how this game looks/plays but I have heard good things about it, and it's only 7$. I was also surprised to see the PS3 version on my download list too.

You get Disgaea, too? Okay, you've got me! Purchased.

Question about PS+. I know they change up the free games each month. Do you have to download the games to keep them as free? In case I'm not making any sense, for example, on my iPad I'll download a bunch of games that are temporarily free just so they're added to my list of purchased games but then I'll delete them until I want to play them later.

Oh, awesome! How does one do this?

Disgaea 3 will be added later this month. As long as you have PS+ and confirmed the free "purchases", you'll be able to redownload and play the games whenever you want.

I backed up my 8GB card to my PC and trying to restore it with my new 32GB card and it always fails around 40%. Is this a common issue with a fix or did data get corrupted somehow and I can't restore? I'm curious what all I'll lose out on but I also copied some data over separate from the backup so I'm retrieving that instead. Hopefully I don't lose most of my save data? That's really the only thing that matters since I can just redownload anything else that's missing.

Hmph.

Just bought Sound Shapes and Super Stardust.

Super Stardust it's really fun, but Sound Shapes is simply AWESOME!!!

Waiting for Sine Mora, Pure Chess and Oddworld for today sale.

Oh, awesome! How does one do this?

Go to the PS+ section on the SEN store (after you've subscribed), and then click on all the free items. they'll get added to your checkout, and then you proceed through the checkout to purchase them.

Make sure you purchase all the stuff that is leaving plus this week before it's too late! (edit: I checked, Guardians of Middle Earth is what's leaving)

Dude, you're awesome! Thank you! I had no idea you could do this. Will be picking up a PS3 once the price drops after the PS4 releases for sure now. :)

Anyone play Malicious on PSN?

I dont have a PS3, but see Malicious Rebirth is getting a Vita release in NA and Europe. Is it a decent game?

Malicious is great. I double dipped on buying the NA version after owning the JPN one for years just to understand the plot cause I really liked it.
