Pick someone who "feels" right for you... then find the best way to generate AP with them.
The last step is figuring out how to best exploit your supers. Can you keep cleaning up with level 1? Should you save til level 3? Or a mix of 1 and 2. (Example, I pretty much store to level 3 with Kratos, use level 2 exclusively with Spike, while Raiden and Dante I stick with mostly level 1).
Once you get better, you'll want to start working in throws and dodges. Throws work to drain XP from opponents, so it's useful against people who are storing to get to level 3.
I think the promo started 2/26 and runs through 3/31.
Only Pure Chess and Switch Galaxy for me. I was thinking of picking up Big Sky Infinity, but then played the PS3 demo and decided it wasn't for me.

obviously it's persona 4 golden as it's the only one that can't be played on the psp.

Considering I only had the 10 dollars that i got from the free promotion. Yes my wallet is crying. Same goes for my backlog.
My Vita hanged during Patchwork Heroes installation, so I ran rebuild database as that's what some people suggested on the web. However, half of my Vita game bubbles are gone after that!
Anybody encountered this before? Is there a way to restore my save games? Thankfully all the PSP/PSOne stuff are still intact.
This also made me consider subscribing to PS Plus as it has cloud save function. Does PS Plus support PSP saves too?
Your Vita saves are safe.
It removed the game bubbles for any games that have their data stored on the retail card, and not the memory card.
Once you put one of those games back in, you'll see that nothing was lost.
But you should join PS+ anyway.
I was thinking it was P2 for PS1, since that was the only one that he had to use a PS3 to transfer to the Vita.
Well it seems it was either P1, 2, or 4. Definitely not 3 though, nope.

It did. I just bought HSG earlier today when I saw the link and saw that some of the prices are honored online as well as at the Sony stores. I had a little over a thousand points accumulating slowly from using the card to make PSN only purchases for maximum point return.

Yes he should.
But to further answer his question, PS+ only supports PS Vita saves on Vita (and PS3/PSN games on PS3). PSP and PSOne saves are not able to be stored on either cloud.
I'd take both of those over a DoA game, but that's just my opinion.
And I'd expand to say that Sony Smash, just like regular Smash, is only truly fun when you play against friends.

And Disagea 3 for free, that is great cos that's a game I would never have bought but would like to give it a try, I'm shit at these kind of games

I bought the Vita version digitally upon release. I made myself play it a decent number of times, but never came to love it. It's just not much fun.
MK on Vita IS fun. And I'm considering picking up UMvC3 for 50% off this week.

I'm not sure you spent much time with it. I initially didn't like SFxT when it came out because I was playing it like street fighter 4. I didn't understand the juggle system and I was whiffing and getting punished horribly which led to a lot of frustration. After revisiting the game thanks to Vita, the combo system is very deep and theres a ton that hasn't been explored yet.

I get that the current sale is for the US anniversary, but is UK likely to get any deals? I want Stranger's Wrath, but a tenner is still more than I paid for the Xbox version like 7 years ago.

Yup that's the problem with some players, they were playing it like SSF4, but SFxT is more lenient with combos than SSF4, and can be much more fast paced
I recommend watching SFxT match vids from ssf4evo's channel on YT to see how well the game can be played. It's also one of the few games where meter consumption is different. To giev an example how meter would be used in SFxT is different to how it would be in XIII...at least that's the way I see it ^_^;
Europe got their sale on Vita games a few weeks ago didn't they? Along with their Christmas sale last year.
Is this piece of plastic really worth getting depressed over?just enjoy the games which come out.
