Btw, completely unrelated to Vita, but have I mentioned how it bugs me that people dont play Indie Games? Some of you might have noticed this thread:

But the amount of responses is rather pitiful. I am of course glad for every post done NOT by me, but considering how MANY INTERESTING indie games have been released just recently, the amount of posts in that thread simply doesnt add up. I am sort of getting the impression that its the same mentality that gets people to dismiss Vita because it "only" has Indie games.
Since barely anyone is talking to me in that thread: Any idea why? I tried to create a thread with lots of great games in the OP, which worked I think. Why am I having such an issue to get people to try them and talk about it? Just look at the last thread page, I cant do much more to support such a thread -__- Man, such a pity.

Indie games aren't big on GAF unless there's momentum elsewhere. I was going to make a CraftStudio OT (and I still might), but I doubt it'd pick up unless I could somehow put Notch in the title.

Not true, because those same people praise the 3DS for the Eshop and its indie games. The Vita hate is just a nonsensical meme, there is no real reasoning behind it. The WiiU is about to turn into one too.
In general Gaf doesn't care about indie titles though

Well, to throw it back at you, why aren't you interested in PS Mobile games? You didn't mention a single one in your list. They are indie games, yet you seem to largely dismiss them.
Those people feel the same way, just towards indies in general.
(Okay, to be fair, about 5 people seem to care about PS Mobile. So I'm not knocking you)
Throw some sales numbers in there, add a quote from Michael Pachter, a blurb about microtransactions, mention EA... bam. You got yourself a 50+ page thread.
That list is mainly PC centered, and I should probably name the thread that way. But considering my "interest" in PSM games, you might want to look up who made the Surge OT.
I like good games, no matter the platform or distribution and I dont get how people dismiss 80% of all good games on the market.

I want that ASOM game on the vitaaaaa. That shit would be amazing and a must buy indie title on that handheld.
If you're selling it, I'll purchase the game. I've never finished the game when I had it on the PS2 and have been trying to find a good deal on it.
There released like 3 great rated roguelikes on Desura just in the past 2 weeks. I'd take pretty much any one of them on Vita.
Totally off-topic, but what would you say are the absolute best roguelikes available to play? I should also ask this in the indie thread heh.

Between Street Fighter x Tekken and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, which is better for solo play? I already own BlazBlue and Mortal Kombat. Haven't played any other mainstream fighters since Tekken 3 and SFA3 on PSOne.

i enjoyed what I played of Z.H.P. as well
both are very different from each other though as Z.H.P. is a mystery dungeon like roguelike, and isaac is more of uh... I don't know it's type lol...
I don't play a ton of roguelikes but yeah isaac is one of the most enjoyable ones I have played.
maybe Pirate Warriors 1 sales numbers weren't any good in the US?
for a good english localizations SEGA will need to replace Miku with and a true American dude on steroids,remove the jpop and add dubsteps and throw guns everywhere..thats a lot of work.

So should I buy the God of War PSP games as they are on sale on EU PSN store? I never had a PSP, and I have only played a few levels of one of the PS2 games

I imported Project Diva f along with the accessory set. Accessory set is... alright, but I love the game! Very worth the purchase. Although Senran Kagura... <3
Pirate Warriors 2 is coming to NA still, only on PS3 and digital only. I don't see how it's logical in the slightest to not release both versions since you're already doing the translation for one. But whatever, Namco gonna Scamco. I'll import the JPN version of KM2.

iOS is a pretty closed system.
The internals of iOS can be easily accessed with (and without, to an extent) jailbreak.
Grats but in my opinion, P$ or P3 is more of an rpg lovers type of game.
A first time JRPGer should play something like Chrono trigger to pull them in.

ehhhhh I can download their SDK for free, create a game, pay 100$, and get my game released on their platform...thats pretty open..
vita psm.... not so much. 1500$ for the SDK alone. they dont even listen to you if you havent developed games before.
I'm thinking about getting it. But I already stretched my limit for my game budget this month already. So I too would like some impression.
I can already imagine what they can do to SS case when they release it stateside.
