Steam or Amazon Id go with.
Steam would be your best bet, I think. You should be able to sell the TF2 items for around $10 at the least, and I'm sure you wouldn't have trouble finding somebody willing to purchase your copy of XCOM for the very same amount. $10 in Steam Wallet funds + $10 in your PayPal account = Season Pass. If you hit up SalsaShark, he'll be able to get you the game for $45 as he lives in South America (don't worry, it's not region-locked).

Plenty of previews out there from outlets that played all three versions. We've shown PS3 and Xbox as well as PC at every event.

Despite all the surgery Irrational has performed over the past half-decade, the underlying framework is still UE3 at heart, so I'd say the X360 version is likely to come out on top, if only slightly. If you'd rather err on the side of caution, you could wait a few days (post-release) for Digital Foundry's analysis.

I enjoyed BS2 - also Minerva's Den. multiplayer, not so much. BS2 stars slow but the second half is excellent.
I can't give you 100% exact technical details, but there's essentially two methods. One involves very large scale printing of giant-sized artwork, and stitching together the individual pieces onto the side of the wall. The other involves literally painting it onto the side of a building.

I'm not sure if it is the same process for all building posters, but they are often painted on. There is a cool article about how they painted on The Dark Knight Rises poster last summer.
Again though, I'm unsure if its the same process for all of the massive building posters.
