Not a chance in hell...but Moby Dick is a studio, with no named publisher. It could be a Konami sanctioned way for him to work on smaller projects and really take some risks.
Not this specifially but the marketing for Metal Gear is generally very good.
Not with "Metal Gear Solid V" being featured so prominently on top of the Phantom Pain logo.

I want to see just how batshit crazy this gets.
So far we have a fake studio website, a fake trailer, and now a fake studio lead dev interview, all to cover for what looks like the next MGS game.

Coming from Kojima even that logo could be a hint as to what the phantom pain is...he could easily have an explanation for that.

He definitely enjoys toying with his audience.
Example: None of the MGS2 trailers showed gameplay featuring Raiden, and as a result everyone thought they would be playing as Snake through the duration of the game. Boy were some people pissed.
Example 2: The first MGS4 trailer starts out in first-person view, and teases that MGS4 is going to be a FPS. Then Snake comes and you realize you were actually looking from the view of a soldier.

Having just read the story concerning the tv pilot format Kojima is pitching, what if ground zeroes and the phantom pain are like these pilots and whichever gets the better response turns into a game? That or both games were simply concepts that will never be full games.
Still imagine downloading these for free and playing a few hours of an experience that contains elements that are being folded into the real MGS5.

It's possible we're looking at our 2 phantoms, 2 experiments that were created alongside FOX Engine, that will never be full games, but also functions as a test run for this whole tv pilot concept.

Probably not...it could be possible with these titles though if they were truly built as prototypes alongside FOX, but the chances of that happening are slim.
But I think this concept is what Kojima meant when he called GZ a "prologue"

I think between GZ and PP, one of them are pilot. most likely PP, and they're using some GZ asset to cut down cost since it's just pilot/prototype games
