It's heartening to see so many Bioshock Infinite threads on GAF today. Talk of performance issues and arguments about exclusvie reviews not so much, but at least the game is getting a lot of attention.

If I pre-ordered the game from Green Man Gaming would I get the key in time to pre-load? Never bought something from them before release!
Wait until they have the keys (they usually get them before release), they have a habit of taking longer to fill orders placed before they get keys than those who order after they have them.
I ordered Darksiders 2 from them and people were getting their orders filled two day before I got mine despite having preordered a month before hand.

Bingo, that was my favorite look for Booker too. I admit it might be because it was the first time I ever saw him, that was back when the game was first revealed circa summer 2010. I can't connect that version of him to the guy on the front of the box.

At my local Gamestops, the workers open everything and play it in the back as soon as the shipments come in. I've gotten shrink wrapped pre-orders with fingerprints on the disc.
When SWTOR launched, the manager was there at midnight in full Sith gear with Darth Maul contact lenses.
Nothing would surprise me.

He looks exactly the same except for the fact that the 5 o'clock shadow is dark in this art and one looks hand drawn while the other looks 3D. I don't see the big design difference between the two.

When I was managing two, yes two, EBs at the same time I had to do numerous midnight launches. They are HUGE in college towns and generate a lot of revenue. But I never did anything so dumb as to say, "HEY GUYS! WHILE YOU WAIT IN LINE, LET US SPOIL THE GAME FOR YOU! AWESOME, RIGHT?!"

Well the TV advert did just air so it would make sense that the game is selling better than in the past few weeks, I guess we'll find out if its all rigged if Defiance makes it to its third goal.
It's rigged in the good way.
It's going to be original material that will be divested into three parts (or episodes). Just like BioShock Infinite, its creative lead will be Ken Levine (Edit: for two of the episodes). The other part will be completed by another party.

Yeah I was looking at other games that had preorder incentives the other day and found that Painkiller Hell and Damnation never reached its third tier (A free copy of Painkiller Black). I guess that's counts as a kink in the pipe of our theory on rigged preorders.

Where did you find that? I tried searching for info on Painkiller's tiers some time ago but found nothing to suggest its second and third rewards weren't unlocked.

I really hope at some panel or something, they release some of the different takes of the voice actors, I would love to know how much they actually recorded.
