I'd like some help with ordering from Amazon.com please-
When my brother pre-ordered the game it charged him and additional $5 tax, is there a way to remove this tax?

Hope someone can help with this or provide a cheaper retailer in UK that can provide it for 30 Pounds or less.

There was realtime footage for FFX. It looked good except for the mouths when they were talking. Especially when Yuna was talking. Her mouth kind of moved like she was a ventriloquist puppet, it seemed like.

No release date given, either. It said the trailer will be online 3/25

Don't like the sound of that...

aw damn it, they always had voicing like that, doesn't surprise me, I thought it would have improved. was the voices in english or jap?

I could never get the hang of lightning dodging. I think my top was like... 5. :P I gave up pretty quick I guess, because Lulu wasn't part of my late-game team.

I did, however, have to do the Chocobo race challenge for Tidus, and that's probably the single most infuriating thing I've ever put myself through in a video game.

I sure hope the trailer on Monday is longer, and should have a release date. Or at least a vague one like KH's HD fall release.

Wait, Last Mission incorporates some of the piano collections songs?

Because if that's true, holy shit. That stuff was incredible.

Actually I'll clarify and say I'm not sure if they are in the game. I just remember buying the soundtrack and loving those songs. Never played the International release.

Yep. Stuff like that and the new Besaid as well. Has some awesome pieces

Oh damn, I just realized a trophy for Penance is totally possible ._.

Penance isn't hard. From what I remember, damage carries over from multiple encounters. All you have to do is fight three or four rounds, Flee, start another battle with it, and repeat until it's dead.

Lightning dodging isn't as hard as it is annoying. If you can get the rhythm of the lightning right, it's fairly easier. Catching the butterflies for Khimari's weapon is much harder and annoying.

I hope FFX/X-2 sell really well on Vita, and then somebody at square is like:

LOOK, THEY BUY RPGS.

And then somebody else is like.

Serious face.

Release Type-0.

And then I'm like.

:)

if they say summer 2013 then its most likely august or september when everyone goes back to school :(

I just hope this and KH are spaced far enough I can have time to play them. I don't want them releasing together. This would be awesome to release in the summer, like June or July.

I'd like to think that there is some big red button in square offices reading ' Release the 0'

yeah it would be best if it was released in june worldwide, because nothing is relased when everyone is off from school, and thats the time they should release.

I wonder if they'll get rid of the glitches? Even though you can get it elsewhere, I personally found getting the No Encounter weapon after fighting the boss where you get Anima really useful :P

Wow at those new screenshots. The remastering process has made an already gorgeous game look even more splendorous. What I really wish for with this re-release though is a dual language option, so I can listen to the Japanese voicework this time around. My only real gripe with X back in the day was the ear-scrapingly bad English voice acting, especially where Tidus was concerned. Wishful thinking though I guess.

But yeah, my third favourite FF. It'll be good to revisit it again after so many years.

As a graphic designer, I feel like an idiot today. The colors on X-2's logo are the same as X's, just in reverse order - and I never realized that until now. *shame*

In any case, sooooo hyped to get X on my Vita. The only thing that would make this announcement more perfect is if they also announced an English version of FF12 IZJS.

The problem with these HD collections is that I might get so excited that I play the old versions in the meantime

Will probably pop in FFX soon

They need to fix one of the Al Bhed books which had the wrong number.

really nice remake from the pictures so far.

assets are actually redone, all character models are improved and some of the shots indicate that the native resolution is 1920x1080.

I thought the Vita had a little more power than this... they're still using those low poly models outside of cutscenes :(

It's not so much the battle I'm worried about, it's the truckload of preparation needed for it.

It's fine to do spin offs on handhelds. I think we see that mainline FFs and KHs should stick to consoles with the occasional spin offs getting a handheld treatment. DQ is a tough one, but it could move its mainline games to handhelds permanently without a problem, there are also some handheld specific spin offs that wouldn't translate well to consoles so they would have to create new console handhelds if they were to go that route.

The issue with the handheld games is that they were connecting to the core story in the series. And they were spread across 4 different platforms in a short period of time. That becomes very irritating and expensive for fans that want to be able to keep up with the series. It seems clear that the handheld games exist simply because of the release gap between KH2 and 3. We're closing in on 8 years since KH2's release.

I hope that it's $20 for FFX on the Vita, but I know that it's gonna be $30 just because. I'll still get it on the Vita since I pretty much only play JRPGs on handhelds now. It's just such a great night capper.

looking at this it seems that the ps3 won't pass the torch to PS4 whitout blowing its last and best load all over us (god i felt dirty typing that ) .

I really wonder if Square will include a cross-save feature for the console and vita version. It could be similar to how Capcom handles it in new Monster Hunter.

since japan is a head like 13 hours of US time will that mean it will be shown sunday? since sunday evening is monday morning.

I'll either buy Vita and Ps3 version or just Vita depending on when this releases. If this releases close to ps4 launch then I'll probably just stick with Vita only.

Also i really hope this outsells LR so that it will finally put an end to Toriyama as an FF director. Which is kinda ironic seeing that FFX basically put Toriyama into that position in the first place.

MGS3 runs smoothly and looks gorgeous on PSV, and it's sure more exigent than FFX with PS2 hardware. I expect something good with this ports (and physical releases on the handheld stupid SQ-E).
