That's more unrealistic than them saying he's all cg. The realistic thing in this situation is that nothing will be mentioned about whether or not he's cg. They'll bring the person onstage, or Kojima will admit that he's actually the developer, whatever Kojima's "clever" joke is. They never intended for people to think he was cg, so they're not going to even acknowledge it.

even TeamReal should hope it's CG. This would likely be the most epic thread in GAF history if that was the case.
I think, at this point, Kojima will acknowledge it. Whether it is CG or not and whether this conversation was intentional on the part of Kojima or not, the fact that this rumor is getting so much buzz is perfect talking point material for his presentation.
