Love them both and it´s pretty close all around but it has to be Arnold. He is the GOAT.
See the thing is, Arnold can't really deliver any speeches like that. He rarely ever has to speak more than a few lines at a time.

Nothing beats Predator and Conan. Nothing. They could make movies for 2000 more years and never top those two.
Yeah if you include Willis you also have to include Eastwood, and in that case you need to install another tier above Tier 1

Thus proving how much better of an actor Stallone is. And the fact that he wrote all those awesome speeches is even better.
However, the thing with Arnold is the huge, magnificent presence he had on screen. He may not be a great actor, but he was magnetic. You were just drawn to him and his persona. No other action star ever had the presence Arnold had in his prime.

Arnold is perhaps the better action star but Stallone has actually performed critically acclaimed pieces of acting like Rocky.

Sly is great to be sure, and a better dramatic actor. But nothing will get me to waste a saturday watching TBS or some shit more than an Arny marathon.

Son, Hollywood should just pack it up and do nothing but homages to Conan and Predator forever. Stop the romcoms, stop the shitty comic book movies that try to pretend that some 1950s asshole in tights is somehow fucking cool. Hollywood has already reached its pinnacle and everything else is wasting people's time. Conan and Predator are not good, they are the mafucking best films that have ever, or ever will be, made.

Arnie takes this easily. He's infinitely more memorable. Nothing Stallone has made touches Terminator 2 or Predator in the action department. Those are two of the top three action movies of all time in the West. Overall quality of work is better with Arnie too regardless of Stallone being the better dramatic actor.
Stallone made some good stuff back in the day, but his body of work isn't as good as Arnolds. It doesn't help that he somehow made shit out of the two Expendables movies that basically has a bunch of action stars in it.

But amongst their classic movies what are some of most memorable? Jamie Lee Curtis with Ahnuld in True Lies? Carl Weathers in Rocky? Wesley Snipes was a great villain i thought in Demolition Man.
