Aw, no Roxie or Hubrecht. My other two went through, Molly and Beowulf. Now to decide on a new 3rd.

Beowulf has won me over so I'll give him a vote next round. Juju is the second. The third...I have no idea. After finishing story mode I don't think I want to see Minette as a playable character so maybe Feng...

No major surprises there. Beatrix getting the chop gives me Black Dahlia, Brain Drain and Aeon (or possibly Annie) in the next round.

Nice, all but one (Hubrecht) of my votes made it through (Minette, Isaac, Umbrella)! Guess I already have my three characters for the next round.
Scythana's grown on me a lot though. If a male character wins Vote 1, I think she'll be one of my picks in Vote 2. If a female wins I'm giving that slot to Beowulf.

Brain Drain is actually very popular. People haven't vocalized their favoritism of him but preliminary votes indicated a strong contender for top 8.
Sucks that Beatrix didn't make it, not that I'm too surprised. Still my remaining three which are Brain drain, Beowulf and Molly all made it so I'm gonna vote for them again.
The only survivor that surprised me was Stanley. I knew the community loves him but not that much.
Biggest surprise among the losers was Talesin, I didn't expect him to make it to round 3 but at least round 2.

I thought there was a >50% chance of him making it through, so I'm not surprised that he did. Didn't think it was a sure thing, but then that's not what I said.

No casualties this round for me, all my favourites (Panzerfaust, Black Dahlia, Stanley, Isaac, Molly and Beowulf) made it.
Annie, Umbrella and Minette are in so all is good.

Ignoring the character that won't be there because they got in, it's still hard to say. I don't think Juju is gonna get in, but it's hard to call if the Top 4 results will skew the results for the next vote. Like, the Top 4 get the vast majority of the votes the whole way through, and everything else is just kinda random votes, meaning that an unexpected, or maybe a really close character slides in. I think once the first Top 4 is decided, they're gonna get a lot of support from people who would rather support a surer thing than their most preferred characters.

i doubt he'll do anything for her, it seems like he hates the street urchin.

Mike Z has already stated that more art and animations are needed to properly display mechanics for most of the other different characters.
I doubt Minette will get anything.

The only one I voted for that didn't make it was Andy. Oh well.
I really don't know who to add as my new fourth. Beowulf doesn't need my vote, the goddesses aren't important to me, Feng and Minette aren't appealing in a gameplay sense, Molly is boring, Brain Drain seems like the least Skullgirls character, and Annie is a magical girl which I don't care for after my friend played Platinum in BlazBlue. That leaves the 3 canon story characters, and Eliza and Stanley. Gameplay would be Eliza, and design is Stanley. It's a tough choice...

You don't have to worry about that. Each new round the number of characters we can vote for is reduced, so you can only choose 3 this time. I guess it's kind of a blessing, you have one less character to worry about, now.
Edit: I think we're only given 3 votes this time, right? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I know that Taliesin would be the first to fall but... Come on, Beatrix is a cool character (teleports, magic tricks, cape, traps...)
Well, at least Feng and Molly succeeded.
Beatrix's art style was so poor she never had a chance. A lot of people who picked her found her visually repugnant and were only turned around by her mechanics. Now just imagine how many people couldn't be bothered to read up on those mechanics because they dismissed her so quickly due to her looks.
