Oh, no doubt! Eliza definitely has the shot, especially with her background, there is a whole lot of possibilities as to what can go on.

If this was based on voting with all of the characters available I would agree with you.

But once we reach the top 4 votes will stack.

People who like moe will be stacking whoever survives among Feng, Annie and Minette

Dudes who love everyman bros will be stacking over Stanley, Isaac and Beowolf

People who want broken as fuck mechanics will be stacking Isaac, Aeon

Badass fanboys will be stacking between panzerfaust, beowolf, brain drain and maybe Annie if they had a clue.

There are so many possible combinations of stacking I don't see them as a lock. I strongly suspect Isaac and Beowolf will force a lot of splitting that would prevent them from winning the whole thing if they both make top 4.

When you put it this way, Eliza seems like she has a very good chance at winning as she might have the least overlap of any character with an actual chance.

Well, I can't force you understand the visual appeal ...but I can probably try to describe what others see.

First of all, like Panzerfaust, she has a very imposing silhouette like she is ready to battle, the dress + the Ankh (the Egyptian sign of longevity) is a nice design, add that with the huge Scythe and you've got a recipe for visual appeal.
