Damn. Yeah I just googled it and was getting news stories about Okami hitting Europe.

Any chance of it hitting America sometime? In other words, does a game offered in one region often show up in another after a few months or so?

Eh, yes and no, but generally speaking it happens fairly quickly (The Cave entered the US rotation last month, and entered the EU rotation this month). However, there's some stuff that doesn't appear US side that the EU gets (e.g. Knytt Underground, Big Sky Infinity, Sleeping Dogs) and there's some stuff that the US gets that the EU doesn't (e.g. Spec Ops The Line).

Generally speaking, however, the EU selection is regarded as better than the US selection (that said, the US does have a few PSP games in its rotation, so if you don't have a Vita yet, that may be preferable).

The thing is this new information is severely tempting me to get a Vita. Gravity Rush, Disgaea, Wipeout and Uncharted out of the box? And a 16GB memory card is $30 on bestbuy.com, which I'm pretty sure is significantly lower than it used to be.

Maybe there is more coming, but it looks like a pretty weak sale. I'm all for indie games, but they should really be featured along side normal releases not in place of them. Also, one of the major sale games (Zombie Tycoon 2) is one already announced as part of the regular PS+ schedule, not really a sale then.

Why didn't anyone tell me PSN+ got you access to free games? I've owned a PS3 and PSP for over a year now and never heard about this. So that's why this thread is so active...

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the games currently offered? And are the new ones each month generally any good?

I wouldn't give him too hard of a time. I've often wondered how well Sony is doing in getting the word out about how ridiculously awesome Plus is, as I haven't yet heard the press-release-bragging that there are 50 million Plus subscribers, which is about what it should be for how good the service is (ok, maybe just 25 ).

You don't have to spend it all at once, it's just a $5 minimum charge. So if you owe $2, they charge you $5, and stick $3 in the wallet for later.

the PSN store is the same across all platforms, that's one of the benefits of having a proper account system

Considering that he's from Sony of America, he's probably asking if he should take the PSP games out (probably at a consequence of reducing the Vita pool down from 6 games at any one time to four games, as it is in the EU version of Plus).

Like I said on twitter, I've got a bunch of UMDs I'd like on the Vita, and I'm not about to double-dip, so more PSP games would be great. Obviously Crisis Core and BBS aren't happening, but there's a bunch more that could.

On the other hand, this is a division that took a poll that showed RPGs winning three of the four top most-wanted genre categories (with 3D Action/Adventure iirc), looked at the PSP's library, and managed to come up with two more fighting games. >_<

Don't have twitter but since I know they pay attention to this thread, I'll say I'm totally cool with it (not to mention I expected it when they announced a Vita IGC). I owned a PSP but only played a handful of games on it, so there's a ton I missed out on. They do need to move on from the fighting games, though.

BL2 DLC doesn't have sale prices listed yet, but it's dumped under the sale page so they probably haven't finished updating the prices yet.

Blog post is up, BL2 DLC is on sale but it doesn't have an additional Plus discount.

Is there much of a point in playing the original BL if I have BL2 as well? I'd get just 2 and skip 1 but I can get the original for a dollar more.
