People are bagging on Sly, but lots of his later pictures are before Expendables. The dude has cleaned up well, and I'm pretty sure that his face has some issues that he was born with.

Yeah I've never seen anybody complain about butt implants even though chicks with huge, often fake asses are now the hottest thing ever. Also a lot of the women posted in the hot chick threads here have had work done and sometimes it's not even subtle or an improvement but either people haven't seen the "before" pictures or have seen them but don't care if the outcome isn't bad. Pretty much everyone in Hollywood has had some work done, some more than others, but it's only criticized if it's too obvious or looks bad.
Anyway, here's some of that bad plastic surgery:

The good examples are hard to point out, because thez fix minor things with maximum effect! Tom cruise is a great example. Sometimes his face is a little too puffy, but his face injections help him to look as fresh as he does

Pretty much all the teenage girlss from Twin Peaks not named Madchen Amick aged poorly/got bad cut jobs. Actually Sherilynn Fen isn't too bad either but Madchen basically went from "fine young thing" "holy fuck milf" smoothly.
Oh wow, I see that she had a car accident but poor thing having to retort to surgery to cover up the scarring...
The car accident actually only affected her under eye area and it was fixed years ago so it doesn't really explain the rest of her face. She's one of those plastic surgery junkies now I guess. Really sad.

I just don't get what goes on in some people's minds. Here we have someone who was gorgeous to begin with who then decided that she would look much better if she resembled a boxer who had taken one too many punches to the mouth. Lip implants always look terrible, when will celebrities wake up and realise this?

I think Fergie looks better now--or at least she did after she first noticeably got surgery. Her face was all kinds of busted from being a meth head.
Edit: Yeah, I'm looking at some pictures of her from a week ago, and despite being preggers she looks fine.
This just depresses me.

I think Meg Ryan was the worst for me. I was so in love with her as a kid watching When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle. To see what happened to her was really sad.
I wish these women would just take their chances with nature instead of ethically-challenged plastic surgeons. I think older Meg Ryan as nature intended would have been 100 times better than what she ended up looking like.

Jesus, she was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in that first photo, why would she get that horrible surgery.
Some of the others aren't as bad in photos, but I can't watch Courtney Cox or Christa Miller anymore. Their faces barely move when they speak and they can't emote.

I've found her more attractive as I got older than I saw the adverts for Cougartown. She is useless to me now.
Megan Fox is still the saddest for me for two reasons:
- it happened fucking QUICK. It's like she suddenly was everywhere and everyone was talking about how beautiful she was and boom.
- she's only like, 30
just a shame all around. She's obviously a terrible actrees but she was such a beautiful woman. Hard to believe it went to the fucking shitter so, so fast.

Fucking yikes. She looks all weird and obviously worked up on the show, but the soft lighting and angles hide some truly bad looking work. Her daughter on the show looks like she's had a ton of work as well, despite being 26. It weirds me out how much she and DJ Ashba look alike.
Also, as someone who has enjoyed his work with GNR since joining the band, DJ looks like a fucking douchebag. And if you've seen what Axl looks like now, what with his pimp hats/cowboy boots/7 rings/8 necklaces, DJ manages to make him look like a normal dude.

Yeah, I think the comments about JLH are a bit unfair. Actually, perhaps this is why so many in the public eye go under the knife: If you're quite ordinary looking, you're a freaking monster in the public's eyes.
