Metal Slug Anthology. Great value for $20. Best replay since the 90s playing it on the vita pops & supports 16:9 option. 7 games in the anthology!

Given your long, eclectic list: DJ MAX Technika Tune. While the price seems steep, it should last anyone not repelled by it a long time. Plus it's perfect for playing just a few minutes here and there, so handheld and digital fits well.

Not native but scales fine. I'm liking it in 16:9. Gorgeous game with quirky art/setting saving homeless scruffy guys for loot lol. (well hostages but they look weathered). Gameplay as tight as ever.
Ahh yes, I have been looking forward to that one. Didn't realize it was coming so soon, will be picking that up regardless if I have my PSN promotional credit or not.
I have had my eye on that game for awhile, been put off by some people saying it's a very difficult game.
Edit: Holy. I just noticed it's 3.1 GB...I'd have to delete some stuff to even download this.

The iOS version has a metacritic rating of 75% for whatever that's worth, though the Vita release has improved graphics. Not really sure what to make of the Dragon Fantasy games - I'm happy they're adding to the Vita's RPG section, but I've yet to see anything about them to make them stand out.
No worries on that count. 60ish songs, with 3(or 4 in a few cases) different charts each. The easiest charts should all be manageble for anyone. There is a difficulty setting in addition to this which increases your health in exchange for score, so you can play on easy when you're not good enough to worry about score anyway. I hadn't played any game in the series prior, and even though I still think I'm quite bad at the game I've at least cleared all of the charts, playing with the back touch turned on(didn't think you could play front only on the hardest mode for some reason) which presents a problem due to my dainty girl hands. That said getting the Platinum trophy is somewhat challenging, and of course leaderboards offers an incentive to keep improving. My main issue with the game is that it has a tacked on unlock system that's wholly unnecessary, but it's not a big deal really.

Mmm, tempting. Can't remember how many times I've bought MS1-3 now, these days I play them on iCade quite a bit but another set for the Vita sure would be nice.
Late response, but you'll burn through the GBs like crazy on the Vita. I got it, bought PS+ and downloaded the free games from PS+ and for AR and all of a sudden I have just 5GB of space on my 16GB card (14GB usable space)...
Anyone know how the situation is with DJ Max and Europe? Really love rhythm games, but I'd hate to swap between US and EU cards.
It's almost certainly never happening. I imported a physical copy from VGP, fairly cheap shipping + fast delivery.
How does playing US games with EU profiles work? I know the DLC has "region locking", but does everything else work as you'd expect a EU game to?
Yep, all good, most of my Vita carts are US but I play them on an Aus account. No issues at all except potential DLC locking which I haven't needed/tested yet.

You have an impressive Vita library, but the list has one major omission. Save up for Persona 4 Golden.

PSN has been a godsend ... although it's usually like 5-10% more expensive than local listings
They need to fix their digital pricing, atleast they seem to be on the right track with older games. They dropped most of their PSP games below $10, and all the ones that were above $22 are now $15.
The recent golf themed sale on PSN was a joke though. Hot Shot's Golf: World Invitational is on sale for $24.99 from $35 when the local retail listings have it below $19.99...

invest in cheap capacitive stylus. I bought one specifically for this game and it was awesome! Much better to make notes and such.
Apart from that tho, the controls are fine on the Vita.
Love this game, btw. I know there's a lot of text and voice acting but it's well worth it in the end.
I was just about to buy one since I'm waiting for VLR in a few days. Can you tell me what is yours called?

i chose ally with phi and she betrayed me then opened the door, I blacked out and got tbc. So I went back and picked betray now she picked ally and it makes me seems like an asshole! But I didn't have any other option! Wtf is happening in this game

Same as ShopTo. Most games do release on Friday in the UK. Maybe digital is on the 1st?
