CNN showing the boston.com vid. And my god, we're gonna have quite a culling of posters in this thread later on. Please, stop leaping to conclusions about who may be responsible, you're only making yourselves look stupid
 
The only thing these tragic threads are great for is for weeding out the psychos and assholes on this forum.

Thoughts and prayers for the victims. Got a buddy living up there and he was supposed to run it today, but fortunately had to bartend.
 
Almost took out the day for the Marathon. Holy fuck. Just bananas. Hard to grasp how some scumbags goal in life is to make people afraid to live life.

My mom's hotel is on the other side of the street. The building with all the windows between the two explosions. Very much understand why she was crying as soon as I picked up the phone now. Shit is so fucking crazy. It's hard to wrap my head around being there.

Fox does pretty good live news stuff, actually. I usually end up turning them on when big stuff like this happens.

One of the worst days in my life was the 11-M bombings in Madrid. It was just terrible. All this videos, all this histories of people killed just because they went to early to work or to the university... Terrible, just terrible.

I just can't understand what can lead a person to cause so much pain and suffering to random people.

Fuck.
 
God fucking damn it! Why the hell does shit like this have to happen. CNN just played a perfectly clear HD video of a guy right on the finish line. The echo of both explosions and the people screaming just sent massive chills down my spine.

you need to be qualify to run in the Boston Marathon, there is a time requirement. You also need to have run a marathon before
