I do think people are being unfair to Grace Chen, just because she writes the Store Update blog entry doesn't mean she's the one responsible for the erratic schedule. Most likely. So far, every time a Vita first party game included DLC bonuses on pre-order at retail, those same bonuses were also included on the first week of digital.
