WCVB just said the guy that was in custody and taken in has been released.

They had taken a witness into custody earlier according to the scanner at the time. He was originally reported as a suspect

Thus far we do not know if the apprehended suspect is related to the shooting at MIT or the Boston Marathon bombing. Nobody knows a damn thing right now. This could change quickly though.

One suspect is still at large.

Stream said that the suspect in the images on the ground was released, they let him go it was part of the confusion they thought he might have been one of the suspects so he laid down I guess. I could be wrong but I think the stream just said that like a minute ago? An eye witness said he saw them let the guy go and it was a misunderstanding.

The only thing that makes me thing it wouldn't be a copycat is because it seems almost too planned with the IEDs and everything. I guess that could be done in a few days, but some of this seems too calculated.
