It sounds like he is being chased back to the original scene. I can hear sirens outside of my apartment which is less than two blocks from the original scene. I also saw cop lights about a mile away from the convenience store I stopped at on my way home from a bar near work. Hopefully they got him.

It's possible they tried to rob the 7-11 (in order to get out of town with some cash) and the officer responded, they killed him, and all went crazy.

Maybe. THere is one on campus, and another on Prospect St a little further north. Not sure which one this happened at.

They said on the scanner one had been shot, he was in custody. Then they thought they had the other suspect at gunpoint, he was the witness on the ground - mistaken for suspect. Real 2nd suspect still at large.
