It's still amazing to me that only three were killed from that. I'm sure they planned for many more. With the race having ended I'm sure people were a little more scattered than they had hoped.

Pursuit and shootout between two suspects. One of them is killed. Possibly by having detonated a bomb he was carrying. Suspects identified as the marathon bombing suspects. Shootout between police and other suspect, who escapes and is currently being hunted down.

Possible explosive devices scattered around the area.

A bunch of rumors going around that one of the suspects is a student who was reported missing months ago. Or it might not be. It's all highly speculative. NBC says they may be foreign nationals with some sort of military training.

Meanwhile, on CNN, Wolf Blitzer cornered and harassed a naked man for 2 hours.

You want scary coincidence? I posted this earlier but here is a photo of Suspect #2 at the time he left his bomb. Note that it contains the youngest victim but also a young college-aged woman right beside him. Also note the woman's socks.


The same woman also appears in the clearest photograph taken of Suspect #2 before tonight's craziness, as she runs down the street. Meaning, she was in front of the bomb, laughing with her friends, before it exploded.

-something at MIT led to shooting of MIT cop (died)
-carjacking in cambridge, kept hostage for 30 minutes
-robbery attempt at 7-11
