There was a guy on the ground who was stripped by police. THIS IS THE NAKED GUY. He was released and was just a bystander.

Suspect #2 (white hat) is on the loose. May be in a building, may not be, unconfirmed. House by House sweep at daylight.

I don't necessarily understand this line of thinking. Just because a country may have trained them, it doesn't mean that they're under some sort of orders or anything.

Get training, retire from military service, get some crazy ideals, go to a foreign country, detonate some bombs.

Logic would agree with you. But US politics and logic doesn't always go hand in hand. There will people who would use this to attack Obama's foreign policy, or even advocate military action where these men in anyway connected to the military's of the nations above, primarily because there is so much suspicion -- with good reason -- about them.

Police on the ground on the scanner is the county police, they don't operate on the same freqs as Boston PD, or FBI guys. Those get coordinated through the command post, which should be set up by the county. He has access to the other lines.
