'We tried to revive him for 10 to 15 minutes after he arrived but he was unresponsive'
it was posted earlier in this thread (from a twitter) that they had arrested someone, about 3 hours ago

Most people have heard of Chechnya, the US was up in arms at various points about what the Soviets did to Grozny. Dagestan is a different region but less well known.
The Caucasus, like Central Asia, is pretty much a black spot in people's knowledge.
It is however possible that they are Chechen, and that I am mistaken. Someone said that they thought a news report said that one of the brothers identified them as Chechen refugees. Maybe through the mothers side?
