I'm suspecting that they are innocent of the bombing crime, but guilty of the separate crime of evading arrest and attacking cops. You can't presume guilt in the former simply because they are guilty of the latter.

This is why suspected criminals should be captured alive if possible, but I guess that proved hard in this case.

I didn't say they were guilty of the marathon bombing i am saying they are guilty for murdering someone in cold blood.

The aunt can't argue hard facts and evidence on that front. I can't blame her for wanting evidence on the marathon bombing, i want the same thing and i don't even know the people but surly she can't defend their actions from the last 12+ hours.

Fact is they shot that guy, had a big shoot out with guns and explosives. Clearly they aren't innocent. Innocent people don't do this.

Also, the local news streams keep saying that the guy who they jacked the first car from was told by the brothers that they (the brothers) did the marathon bombing.

Just some guy's word, but everything in total makes it seem likely that they're guilty.
