They accused three people of murder yet took it upon themselves to call out CNN when three of CNN's sources said there was an arrest. There are positives and negatives of social media and mass media, but saying social media some how came out on top during this incidents is ignoring the facts.

But for the most part if it was another cop, the chances of them turning on one another in a situation like this, esp when they know folks want to see the asshole apprehended to ease minds, would be slim.
And yes am sure they all know who must have snapped that off, but as said, doubt they will really do anything about it.

It isn't required to arrest them, it's just that anything they say isn't admissible in court against them unless they are first given the warning. So if he is in need of medical attention he is obviously worthless for information. They'll probably give him the warning later before questioning when he is in good health and right mind to receive the words with lucidity.
No, anything he says can be used in court without the federal agents giving him his Miranda rights. Public safety exemption.
The manhunt was about to become fruitless until one cop responded to a call from a female neighbor of a house with a boat covered in tarp with blood on it in the backyard. This was followed up and found the suspect in there the whole time. They brought in the negotiator and the kid surrendered but with injuries so great that he's transported in an ambulance.
Suspect is in custody. Alive at least.
Crazy. Was only ready to give up when he ran out of ammo probably. Evil piece of shit.

Damn that citizen did a hell of a job reporting it quickly. The suspect must have been in terrible shape if he didn't even try to escape after someone lifted the tarp up and looked in and saw that he was hiding there. That or he had just given up, I suppose.
