I'm having trouble picturing how the the body was dragged exactly. I'd believe anything after that morgue photo. Still haunts me.

Ugh, I wish I had never seen it.

A couple of years ago, in my small little midwest town in the middle of the night, a guy was driving down a road at 40 mph and hit pedestrian walking on the side of the road. The pedestrian he hit went under the car and got caught in the underworkings of the car in just the right way that he was dragged around 2 and a half miles down two roads. He was still alive when another driver saw him laying on the side of a road with basically the whole back of his body missing. He ended up passing away before the ambulance got there.

Don't underestimate how far someone can get dragged by a car after being hit.

Edit: Also, I'm just providing evidence that cars can drag people that they hit. I'm not personally attacking you or anything.

I remember after 9/11 there were videos of Al Qaeda training on TV, and one I remember was guys in balaclava training on motorcycles. There was three of them: one on the scene, two on motorcycle (dirt bikes). The two arrived, they all killed their "target" (in make believe), and then one gunned his fellow terrorist down and then climbed on the back of the motorcycle with the rider and they left. They gunned him down because there was no room for all three on the motorcycle to run away, so at least he wouldn't be captured alive.

Note that this was training videos, so they specifically train to do this in certain situations.

Not saying this is why the kid did it, but from an Islamic extremist point of view, killing a fellow terrorist as part of the mission is fine.

I'd go with the theory that he was a freaking 19 yr old kid who just got in WAY over his head and just had a god damn Heat style shootout with the cops, was most likely shot and bleeding, got scared, and tried to get away any way he could. I've not seen the photos of the body, but if I remember correctly, it seemed alittle ambiguous. The doctor mentioned trouble identifying the amount of shots that the suspect took due to the amount of blast damage he took to the "trunk", but that they were waiting for confirmation from a medical examiner.

At the time, people were saying that the suspect blew himself up with some sort of suicide vest so it made sense that they weren't able to ascertain how many or even if he had been shot, but with what people are saying now, I'm not entirely sure what the doctors could have meant.
