13 year old girl fights teacher Oakland middle school

Learned in one of my criminal law classes that hitting a teacher is going to cost her a lot more than hitting some random joe shmoe. Also..I feel so bad for him because those dumb fucking kids are going to try and say he started it ...any news articles?

In the dude's defense, if a man had beaten the shit out of a 13 year old girl we'd be talking about what a monster he is.

The reality is that the real monster in this situation is the person recording in portrait mode.

In any school this is insane, but in a middle school? Where are these kids getting weed and alcohol?
 
I spent a year in a school with people like that.
crazy shit,
one time 95% of the class tried to convince the teacher she didn't give us homework.
me and a girl nearly got into fights for turning ours in.
 
I am so grateful I lived in a place and time where kids didnt act so badly to teachers or at school. Maybe I was isolated growing up on Air Force bases, but I never once saw any kid act like that to a teacher.

I go into a school these days for filming and kids are cussing in the halls, back talking to teachers and just strait up being cruel. No clue if it was always like this and I was just lucky, or if kids are just worse today.
 
Surely this happens daily in the countries that usually top the student achievement lists, right? Right? Because this is a pretty frequent occurrence here in the states. Maybe not to exactly this extent, but cursing, throwing things and general acting out is very common here in the US. It encapsulates a large part of the problem with education here in the US. It's cultural.

I'm pretty old, and things just didn't happen like this when I went to middle or high school. I finished high school in 1995, kids then weren't swearing in the hallways or trying to beat up teachers. Things have definitely gotten worse, but for these kids this is the norm and what they know and see. Now just imagine them raising kids.....
 
Thing I love about being a military brat...never had to witness this kind of shit in school. I mean there would be fights at lunch and stuff, but in class? Nah. Back talking teachers? Nah, physically fighting teachers? Hell no.

I miss being a military brat, I can't deal with civilian life, some of these cats are way too ratchet for me.

Sad, I feel bad for the girl though. She's obviously deeply disturbed and is in need some sort of psychiatric help;help that she probably won't ever get.

The only solution is hardcore boarding schools. Because the parents aren't taking care of these kids and all they do is disrupt the classroom. And in the end they grow up to be bad people. Some sort of boarding school is possibly the solution to saving these kids.
