Skullgirls DLC Character vote | The Campaign united us, The Voting will destroy us

So regarding the hats, I feel like more than a few of them fit within that category of "Looks nice but doesn't really fit within the context of the game". I know know, that's par the course for a not-small percentage of the total amount of hats in the game but I cant help not voicing my opinion on this.

BigBand Sax Pack (Easily one of the highlights of the set)
Peacock Tophat
Leviathan (animated too amazingly not to consider)
Egret Hat (PERFECT for Pyro)

Down Votes :
MsFortune's Cat Ears / Tail
Painwheel's Mask (ew)
Valentine's Medic Miscs
Samson (Tough choice for me, it's animated greatly but I really can't imagine wanting to use this with any character. Style doesn't work for me)
 
The ones I didnt liked were Painwheel mask and the double "crown", but voted up to support...

Good to see more than one hat for vote after the "hatgate".

SG wouldn't pull the numbers at Evo, really. If this year goes well and the game gains a lot of steam in the next year (which it will, PC fans will love this game and it has PC-quality netcode) then I could see it at Evo 2014.

... I need to buy a 1440p monitor for Skullgirls PC. :(

Evo 2014 is going to be down year, so that would be a good time for Skullgirls since it should be getting a year of heavy support (At least on PC)

Maybe just try thinking of it as "Forward, and then a Fireball!"? (Forward, Quater Circle Forward)? It might be good to try with this mindset, if your motions are a bit loose.

I hated the lack of an actual "middle area" on the PS D-pad personally, and even though I'm VERY used to it now, I prefer pads that actually let you press on some plastic there. During the final part of the "Z" motion, you want to have your thumb pressing the "right" and "down" arrows at the same time (of left and down, if on the other side).

I'd suggest keeping your thumb on the pad at all times too, and not "swooping" your finger off of it at any time; I've had friends and family that did things that way. I prefer to *stick* my finger on the last motion, right before the button press, myself.

Thank you for this, forward then fireball seemed to do the trick just fine. I was actually able to do a combo with Filia's blockbuster now.
 
It is complete bullshit that Injustice money hatted their way into Evo.

And I think Injustice is a cool game, but this just shows how freaking corrupt the whole thing is.

Wait, I just realized, if Big Band's stage is under the overpass, does that mean the moving train going over the bridge is still a stage they're working on? (Best stage idea right there btw.)

I wish if I still had the concept art handy, it was like a monochrome Filla and Cerebella fighting as a train pulled out of a tunnel with the city in the background like they were fighting on top of the D train going into Manhattan.

Also, Ravi, you should just make Leviathan randomly speak in Kawaikochan. Those TF2 people are too silly.

Change Nintendo to any console manufacturer, tech specs, exclusives, etc. threads. Nothing good can come in any of them after the first two pages (if that).

Pretty much why I lurk those threads for info then bounce lately. Also the reason why I'm happy I got involved with FightingGAF. Playing games with people > talking about them.

No kidding. Can't believe I got a week for making a joke that would be overlooked were it for any other company (although it building a little "fanbase" probably didn't help)

Very glad to see to see that the hat nuts have gotten satisfied and are aiding the game in droves. The path to Skullgirls 2 with all of the unchosen characters included is becoming brighter
