cool...didn't know MS's conference was winding down...very close...
can't say I'm hyped, but am looking forward to what next-box will do and there OS...And screw the haters, but MS basically made the Mii system even better, so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what there next ecosystem will look like.
Hopefully though, they don't money-hat anything too big and just get exclusive DLC/content etc...and really focus on developing there owned published software. I will support them this gen if MS first party grows...

You're right, and none of them seem very positive regarding the new Xbox or much excitement building up for the 21st. Not sure why people like that would want to come in a thread like this then. I'm excited, I get excited for all new game systems.

There's more to it than that. Just a slew of negativity. From the tent size being small which means they aren't going to show much, to someone talking about the OS and you quickly chiming in about yes, let's talk about the OS and not games. Not sure if you're just a negative person all around or just when it comes to talk about the next Xbox. A system Microsoft has so far done a pretty good job being tight-lipped about. Which is very rare nowadays.

And how seriously do you take the opinions of someone that's never played a game when they tell you the game is bad?
You don't need to play a game to know that it's bad.
When all you can tell someone who does so is "But you haven't played it yet" they generally don't listen.
In the context of a game that is not out and people only know about through trailers, that's not true.

You don't because some trailers don't do a game justice. Even some demo's don't. Lots of games are slow-burners too that get a lot better over time. We don't even have an official trailer to go by on the next Xbox.

So we should not react to rumors, even when they are coming from multiple, different sources, and only fans should be allowed to post here? Microsoft still has a chance to convince me, but right now my expectations are low - because of those rumors. And if some people here are posting things which are wrong from a technical point of view, people should be allowed to correct them.
