Most likely referring to his statement that Xbox games will show better at reveal and E3 than PS4 games will, but that PS4 games are still better and will look better than Xbox games in the future.

Basically for those who dont know he claimed early Durango dev kits utilized a 7970, therefore any mind blowing gfx would be attributable to that and will be greatly downgraded on release.
It doesn't make any sense for a variety of reasons. And, I've heard nothing of any 7970 in any dev kit, quite the opposite in fact.
I started it in the Xbox nostalgia thread to celebrate OG Xbox exclusives, then it spiraled into the current trend.
