The feeling of only having a few days left is amazing. How did I arrive from a 1 month wait to just a mere 6 days. Time is so odd.

There must something from Epic in the works, they have a very good relationship with MS. I'm positive this next generation will see many more 3rd party exclusives, Epic will likely be one of them.
Pretty much, they were talking about doing this stuff with like Forza 3.

I feel the same way it's what directed me to the OG xbox WRPG is where i usually end up.
There's no reason to believe this, but if Diablo III does end up exclusive to the PS4 I'm going to be bummed. I can play it on my PS3 I guess, but I was looking forward to a version with next-gen hardware behind it. Like I said though, it's not like that's a definite.
I feel like MS will have worked out a deal to have a new IP, much akin to Gears of War, that will spearhead the next gen console. What genre that would bge is a total mystery, prob FPS/3rd Person Action.
21st can't come soon enough.

Blizzard claims the exclusivity statement during the PS4 reveal was a joke. You can expect to see their titles elsewhere apparently. I'll stick with Diablo on PC, especially since we're most likely not going to see the expansions made available day-and-date on console. But I still need to see how they handle certain control aspects using a controller. The Witch Doctor for example has a lot of moves that hit where you point the mouse. Not sure how you replicate that on a controller.
Did we get something for that? A cookie maybe?

Pretty much this.
Expecting games to wow at E3 but undergo a noticeable downgrade at release. It's great groundwork to offset any hype about visuals and I fully expect to see it used after this event and E3.

The most excruciating part of the reveal imo, will be when the event starts and they'll most likely talk about the future in an abstract way. If they overdo that, it'll be painful, as we watch the 1 hour fade. Hope they don't do a lot of this.

Nirolak just posted publisher rankings for the past 2 years. Microsoft finished above Sony in 2012. Not bad for a company that supposedly never releases games, eh? In other words, there's going to be games to go along with our "entertainment".

Silly question: Is anyone getting less excited the closer this gets? I was stoked for it initially. Now I'm questioning if I'll get either the PS4 or Durango at launch. I may just wait a few years.

It is weird though that the footage of Watch Dogs shown during last E3 and the PS4 reveal looks dramatically better than what they showed off last week, which was supposedly the next gen version.

I'm stoked simply because I know these guys are going to be blowing their load at E3 and I won't miss out on any of the three (planning to get ps4/Xbox Infinite)..so it's really thrilling for me but it's probably super hard for someone who is split with both...maybe even harder or easier after the 21

Durango version? I called as much but was told it was PC footage. We'll find out soon enough if it was Durango footage.
