Maybe its just the Xbot in me, but I believe Durango has higher specs than what the rumors say. I've seen two tweets by Aaron Greenburg that lead me to believe they got an impressive piece of tech here. And with all the secrecy going on here I just don't believe that they skimped on there tech. It doesn't fit there m.o.

I don't know why people want leaks so bad anyway. Last time i was genuinely surprised by something game related was E3 08 with FF13. I am not sure if that actually leaked before hand, maybe it did and i wasn't paying attention. But it was nice having such a megaton dropped with no prior knowledge. I don't know if there will be any megatons dropped on the 21st but if their are, it would be a lot better if they are actually surprising.

I know the specs don't matter (to me), but I still get a sneaking suspicion MS are going balls to the wall on this one.
It will most likely be the last traditional console they make before they go streaming box.
They have the 360 and the Mini to make profit that offsets losses on the new hardware.
Then I find it strange that the spec leaks just stopped dead. Mind you, the leaks we DID get were mostly based on old dev kits/leaks.
I still think they've got a real shock planned. Sony had to have gone to 8GB last minute for a reason. They wouldn't just increase their costs like that "just cos".

Like I said earlier surprise is good also. I'll be pumped on Tuesday no doubt. But what is Microsoft hiding so close to its vest? Like Dynopia said earlier if there is no leaks before the 21st that's impressive. Has that happened before for a console reveal? Serious question.

Codes only let you play online. They offer you no other benefits of gold.
They make a big deal about the controller image, but that doesn't necessarily mean Xbox. That's the Win 8 icon for Games.
I don't want leaks either. It's only an hour presentation, there can't be that much content and if there is leaks then there won't be anything to surprise us.
That ff13 announcement was spectacular. That was so fun. Ten minutes before the presser people where joking about ff13 and fanboy's where saying it will never happened...
