Skullgirls DLC Character vote | The Campaign united us, The Voting will destroy us

I guess I should try to make Salty Cupcakes this week. I better get some stuff done tomorrow morning then!
Don't make me regret sharing stuff with you guys, please. :P
Too late.
Okay, how about this, a stage that gets drawn as you fight, and instead of shading and lighting that most stages give you, this stage would put sketch-like outlines around the characters and they'd be filled in white with some lines representing their original colors, the more you fight, the more gets developed, like the stages music, and colors of the stage and characters. It sounds complex, but would look really cool.

Voting is done, so Beowulf's victory is solidified.

Even though I am a big fan of Beowulf, I am almost certain it's an Annie or Minette victory. The salt from twitter-goers lamenting lack of male-ness in Skullgirls will be electrifying.

Why do you resist?

The most electrifying salt of this fighting game community!

*raises eyebrow*

I also think we have all noticed that Aeon has had an amazing amount of voter support for a character who seems to have almost no visible supporters. It's almost like the poll runs on anti-hype or something.

I'm happy with any character, at long it's not Black Dhalia. I haven't bought SkullGirls yet but I planned to soon as they updated the Xbox360 version. (I'm aware of the update recently Tuesday, but I want to see who would be 4th DLC character before I buy the game.)

The joke is that that's the (fake) hitbox for her destruction pillar.
No, I get that. I'm just taking the opportunity to comment on the nature of the move itself.

Because astronomy is cool.

Edit: Graphic in question is actually from the Hubble false color picture of the Pillars of Creation feature in the Eagle Nebula. These pillars have already collapsed from a supernova shockwave but we won't see this for another 1000 years.

I totally understand Salty starting and ending at the times it does, but the votes kill me.
As cool as it looks from afar (and in false color), it's really just a huge sparse cloud of gas and dust many orders of magnitude less dense than the air we breathe.
Yeah, I wanted to say that this ought to be common knowledge, but we're about a century too early for that.

This looks like a fair and balanced character to me.

At least it isn't a hit bubble!

Too Goddamn Late, EST

The way I see it, it's early training for Japan Time: Revengeance. Speaking of which, final character reveal and Nintendo Direct tomorrow is taking away from the sting of having to drive up to Connecticut and deal with my cranky ass dad as we help get my sister's stuff off campus.

RIP East Coast.

Indeed

I don't know if my body can take other Dojo again.

Us east coasters are going to wake up tomorrow morning to news reports about how 3/4ths of the country has been reduced to ash from the riots over these results.

I think Western will be covered with the salts.

I'll be dropping by the convenience store on the way home to get some drinks. I need something to either celebrate or drown my sorrows away with tonight.
